This project truly has the wow factor and is by our favourite we have completed to date.

The former pub was dark and in very poor condition; we purchased it through a contract race and then obtained planning permission to convert it into a 13-bedroom HMO. This city centre property is in a perfect location been completely transformed. Our build and interior design team have completely outdone themselves on this one.

The property now consists of 13 large bedrooms, with 12 of them having their own kitchenettes, making them feel more like studios. There's also a stunning communal kitchen, dining room, lounge and a laundry room.
