The project
This was one of two properties that was split into 3 flats each, as part of a 14-bedroom development. This property was the second phase, with us creating a 7-bedroom HMO.
We had some major structural challenges to overcome on this build. Once the property was ripped out it revealed so many issues but having the best builders in the world helped ensure we still got done on time (even a little early).
