This project was unfortunately one of the most challenging, frustrating, delayed and agonising we've ever been a part of.

With the property located a long way away from us, we found it hard to find trusted contractors and tradesmen to complete it. However, we now own a fabulous 8-bedroom HMO, each with their own kitchen facilities, along with 2 communal spaces.

We couldn't go as high on the spec as we had originally hoped due to the significant over run on timescales and build costs, but we have still achieved a fantastic result here. The proof is in the fact that we've now secured a tenant for the next 5 years.
