This superb property was converted into a huge 13-bedroom HMO, with 10 of the rooms having their own kitchen facilities. This helps create a much larger market while encouraging longer term rental. This property was also granted change of use to Sui Generis Classification for 15 occupants across 13 bedrooms.

We managed the entire project for our client, taking care of everything. Upon purchase we were handed the keys and quickly got to work: planning and managing the build and then creating a bespoke interior design for the property. We handed back the keys to the client when it was fully furnished, professionally photographed, a refinance valuation completed, put on the market and almost fully let! A truly hands-off experience and an excellent result.
