Part of Derby's 'The Mile', this former pub closed back in 2009 and became a Nisa local supermarket. In July 2020 we completed on this property with planning approved to convert prior to completion.

We reconfigured the property to create 14 double en-suite bedrooms as well as a purpose-built two-bedroom bungalow with wheelchair accessibility. A local graffiti artist was also hired to design a mural of 'The Mile'.

This HMO is located across the road from the university and students were always our intended market. It now generates £86,400 gross income per annum.
