This was a property that we delivered our turnkey project management service. It was a mid-terrace, 3-bedroom house which we converted into a 6-bedroom HMO. Three of the rooms also had their own kitchenette facilities, giving them a studio feel and offering more exclusivity to the prospective tenants.
Due to the challenging economic times, a shortage of materials and a shortage of staff this project went from a 6-month build to a 10-month build. However, the wait was worth it as the client was initially expecting a GDV of £325,000 but due to the standard of finish and fantastic rental income generated we managed to achieve £380,000. This property was also fully let in just 24 hours!
