The project

In August 2020 we bought this tired, run-down property that had been part of the family for generations. The renovation was particularly challenging - we went through three different project managers, the build length went from 5-6 months to 8-9 months, and the budget went completely out the window - but seeing the end result it was worth it.

Trisha worked tirelessly with the interior designers to create the wow factor that this property now has. In the end, this project was never about making money but to give back. And the reactions from all who see it are worth every penny.

We've almost tripled the size of the house and we’ve also tripled the purchase price - it's now valued at £615,000.
